College Visit Form - Junior and senior students are allowed 2 college visit days each year. The form must be completed and turned in to the Student Services Office 2 days before the visit. Parents are still expected to call in the approved absence on the day of the visit.

List of Extracurricular Activities Form - The most used information for high school students. It is basically everything you have done in your high school career. You won't be sorry you completed this form! Update as often as you need to.

Information for Recommendations Form - This form is very helpful to the people who you will be having write your letters of recommendation. It will even give you some ideas for college essays.
